Mrs Tigest Wako was born & raised in Idedo. She is one of few female landowners in her locality. In the Gedeo tradition, land inheritance usually goes to the male children. Her farm is located in the Gedeo zone, home to the Yirgacheffe town & coffee type.

When she inherited the farm, it used to have old varities of coffee such as Kurume & Dega. Now, most of those have been replaced by new varities, such as 74110 and 74112. Idedo is one of two localities that produce the top Yirgacheffe coffees.

The Cup: Jammy raspberry, cooked strawberry, and perfumey bergamot flavors with winey acidity and sugary sweetness.
